We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms was really good, and it was like we were the first guests to stay in them. The hotel facilities were great, and we especially appreciated the personalized breakfast prepared by a chef right in front of us. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. the hotel's location was convenient, being close to embassies and the subway, as well as being within easy reach of other main shopping areas.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and pampered at this hotel. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the room was luxurious, with exclusive amenities and all the comforts we needed. We absolutely loved the private facilities that came with the room, especially the Jacuzzi which was perfect for relaxation.
While most of the staff were excellent at replenishing our toiletries and dry cleaning, a few failed to do so.

The location of the hotel is not very convenient as it is not close to a subway station or restaurants. However, it is close to a shrine, which can be a nice place to visit. The room amenities and size are excellent, providing a spacious and comfortable stay. The staff is outstanding and goes above and beyond to accommodate the guests. the breakfast is delicious and the dining experience is delightful.
The hotel lacks a close-up magnifying mirror in the bathroom, which would have been perfect for guests.

New hotel opened 6 months ago. Warm welcome and private check-in. Multilingual staff with handy translator device. Fantastic location near two train stations and Tokyo Tower. Stylish, quiet, and well-designed rooms with luxury amenities.

We were able to easily visit the nearby shrine and enjoy the view of Tokyo Tower right from the hotel doorway. The rooms were beautiful, especially the luxurious bathrooms. The small restaurant made breakfast a good experience as we watched the talented chefs prepare delicious Japanese and western dishes right in front of us. I highly recommend this hotel for an really good experience.
